Charlie Martinez is the managing partner and majority shareholder in the firm. He grew up in Miami, Florida and graduated from the University of Florida in 1990 with a B.A. in History. Thereafter, he attended Stetson Law School and graduated in 1993. He is also admitted to the Florida Bar. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, is BV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and lectures on topics in workers’ compensation.







Charlie began his legal career with Walton, Lantaff, Schroeder and Carson representing clients including BellSouth, Liberty Mutual and American Airlines among others. Thereafter, he joined the firm of Kelly, Kronenberg, Kelly, Gilmartin, Fichtel & Wander where he represented clients including CNA, AIG, Crawford & Company and the Miami-Dade County School Board, handled volume claims and gained invaluable trial experience.

Then in 1999, he opened his own firm drawing from his positive experiences with both firms. A firm emphasizing an aggressive approach with cost consciousness. His current clients include municipalities, Fortune 500 companies, hotels, restaurants, public schools, third party administrators, employers and carriers.

Dave Goehl is a senior associate with the firm. He was born in Mishawaka, Indiana. He grew up in Miami, Florida and graduated from Barry University with a B.A. in Political Science and History. Thereafter, he attended the University of Miami School of Law and graduated in 1993. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Workers Compensation Section Member, is BV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and lectures on topics in workers compensation.

Dave began his legal career at Ribler, Gilmartin and Sanchez, as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual. Thereafter, he joined the firm of Pyszka, Blackmon, Levy, Mowers & Kelley where he represented clients including Publix, Unisource Administrators, Specialty Risk Services and North American Risk Services. Over the course of his career, he has handled volume claims and gained invaluable trial and appellate experience. With his shared outlook on legal claims handling, of an aggressive approach with cost consciousness, he joined the firm in 2011.

Stefanie Cole is an Associate with the firm. She grew up in Parkland, Florida. Stefanie is a double gator, having attended the University of Florida for both her undergraduate and law degrees. She graduated from the University of Florida cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Criminology. She then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law and graduated in 2012.

Following Stefanie’s first year of law school, she was selected to study abroad in Paris and at Montpellier Law School in France where she studied alongside French students. Stefanie was also selected to serve as a Certified Legal Intern for the Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinic during her time in school, in which capacity she helped her community by representing low-income clients in the 8th Judicial Circuit.
